This page is under construction. In the meantime, here is a short summary of how we handle your personal data.

When you submit a trip inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the trip details you share with us (package, number of travelers, requested extras, and any notes).

We use this information only to prepare a personalized quote for your trip and to contact you about it. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Your inquiry is passed on internally, through other channels, to the person who handles customer bookings and support, so they can follow up with you directly.

To protect the trip inquiry form, login, and sign-up from bots and spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you load or submit these forms, Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, and browser user agent so it can tell people from bots. It does not receive what you type into the forms. Cloudflare processes these signals on our behalf as our processor, and also uses them to improve its own bot detection, in which case it acts as an independent controller.

To find and fix technical problems, we use the error monitoring service Honeybadger. When something goes wrong on the site, it receives technical details such as your IP address, browser and device information, and the address of the page you were on. The personal details you enter in our forms, such as your name, email address, and phone number, are masked before a report is sent. Honeybadger processes this data on our behalf, only to detect and fix errors.

We keep your inquiry details for up to 12 months so we can follow up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a booking is confirmed, which is handled under separate terms.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Poland, the UODO).
